Yes, all of the speakers are upgraded with the Audiophile system. $420 is reasonable for the addition, compared to audio upgrades from other automakers. Of course, generally speaking, you're still better off pocketing the money and buying some quality aftermarket stuff instead.

Hopefully Ford wised up and installed it in the rear glass like most every other sedan on the market does these days.
