  1. Thanks to everyone who replied. Thanks in particular to Timewellspent. My go time was set to Thursday 10pm, so that car was preconditioning the car's cabin by turning on the air conditioner at that time. I cancelled the go time, and that appears to have solved the problem.
  2. Timewellspent. Can u give more details about ur answer? I never manually set go time set or cabin temp. How do i check in the car about go time set and cabin time set?
  3. Murphy. Thanks for your input. I know it is normal for the battery fan in the trunk to turn on at every charge, with this trunk fan being quiet. I am talking about very loud air conditioner fan turning on in the front hood, next to the engine. The air conditioner fan is so loud, that initially I mistook it for the ICE (internal combustion engine) turning on. If it happens to you, and you are next to your car, you will not miss it, because the air conditioner fan makes a such a loud fan noise from the front hood of the car. This happens irregularly, may be once a month. Just want to know if any other ford fusion energi owners have the same experience. My dealer did a check of the electric and battery system, and found no problems.
  4. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi titanium. About 1 time a month, while the car is plugged into the wall charger to charge the battery, the air conditioner turns on. The main air conditioner fan in the front by the engine turns on, and the inside cabin vents puts out cool air into the cabin. To be clear, this is different than the trunk battery fans that turn on each time I charge the car. Is this occasional air conditioner turning on normal, perhaps to cool the battery from getting too hot? Does this happen to any other ford fusion energi owners? Can Fordservice representative also answer my question? Thanks in advance for your help and answers.
