Now i have never done a long post like this so let me try my best. After about a month of talking to ford reps and sites like crutchfield i finally decided to go through with it. I called up my local shop and they said that they would be able to do it. First i had to deal with the problem of disabling the ANC mics. I heard and saw people say just cut the mics black wire and stuff but i didn't want to cut anything in order to attempt to stay in the boundary of the warranty. I struggled for 30 minutes but thankfully i have a sunroof so it was so much easier. In order to remove the connectors easier i had to ply the glue off. After unplugging them, i made sure to check and see if my voice commands still worked... and they did. When i got to the installer i wanted to be able to turn my sub off if i wasn't feeling it or if my mother was in the car, lol. I bought a scoshe LOC that has a bass adjustment knob. They then told me that i should install my amp in the car and not on the sub box because i could easily take my box out easier. They screwed it into the seat and at first i didn't like it but it started to grow on me. After leaving i was happy with it but noticed my adjustment knob didn't work and there was actual music coming out of my sub. I went back the next day and had this all fixed and I'm so happy with the turn out. I wanted to say thank you to DarkSide for helping me with everything. He knows what he is talking about and i can't thank him enough. Im going to have kickers put in my whole system sometime this summer. But for now here are some pics .

If this works for the 2013 fusion hybrid what would i need to purchase?

i know this post is a little old but did you run the power to the battery in the trunk and is it necessary to cut the mics?

I just installed the new front lip for my 2013 ford fusion hybrid and I would like to know if anyone has raised there car. I need to make mine since I barely make it up my driveway. If you have any help or suggestions feel free to help me out. I will post picks of it in the morning as its dark here now!

I think i am going to install all new speakers around the car ... does anyone have any good recommendations?? I would like to to plug and play so i dont have to pay to much!

I have the se and I think I'm just gonna replace the speakers with kickers. Do I just take the old ones out and replace them then I'm done? Or is there more steps involved.??

Hello, Recently I have noticed that my driver side speaker is really distorted and is staticy. This recently started and I just wanted to see if it was fully covered under my extended bumper to bumper warranty.

Can i connect an amp to the battery in the trunk? or do i have to run it all the way upfront??

I have just purchased a ford fusion 2013 blue with light leather interior and don't know what tint to get. I live in Maryland and the limit is 35 here but alot of people tell me to get 20... It's 35 to light with my interior?? I'm going to PA for college so their tint laws shouldn't apply to me right? Any advice!??

So when i plugged it into my car, it read the usb but it says the file wasnt found.... am i suppose to use a different name??

Yeah you could put it in a dropbox then link me to the file! that would be good.
