  1. Can't help with the "Stay-In-Play" ... But I did install the Invisibrake system in my 2014 FFH and it has worked just fine. Towed over 9,000 miles over the past year. Great car to tow.
  2. Hi Crystal, I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. One of the main reasons I purchased it was because it can be towed behind my RV with all wheels on the ground. I am trying to determine the correct position for the ignition switch when towing. When reading the recreational towing instructions on page 214 of the 2014 FFH owners manual it states in one spot to place the ignition in "off" and just a few lines later it tells you to place it in "accessory." I suspect it is very important to have this in the correct position so I would like to have Ford clarify this. Can you help?
  3. Yes, I saw that discussion .. But thanks. I really wouldn't trust a dealership opinion on this ... Since it will be a very expensive warranty issue if something bad happens I wish Corporate Ford would clear it up.
  4. The 2014 manual is almost word for word the 2013 manual except in the highlighted area it says "place the ignition in the off position" instead of "place the ignition in the accessory position." The last bullet does say to place in "accessory" after the 1 minute run. Is this an error in the 2014 manual? Or is "off" OK? Only Ford knows for sure!
  5. OK Ford .... When towing a FFH with four wheels down ... Is the ignition supposed to be in Accessory or Off? Your instructions on page 214 of the owners manual are very confusing. And while you are at it ... Why do you require the ICE to be run for 1 minute prior to towing?
