Cars.com and edmunds have the invoice price for 2015 FFH up... Sent it to 6 local dealers (all BCC on same email) to see what they come back with

Isn't production supposed to start in July or so?

I've read through some of the other threads, but wanted to hear from the experience of all you. Total new member post, I know... I've been looking at the 2014 Hybrid SE, but none of the local dealers have the exact color/options I am looking for. I have had a dealer look at their extended inventory options (essentially they get it from a different dealer), still nothing. I looked at all locations within a 300 mile radius, no go. I guess I'm out of luck as to getting one from a dealer. With the turnover to the 2015 models around the corner, I have considered just special ordering a 2015 meeting the exact specs I want. That brings up a couple questions -- 1. Anyone know about what I could expect for turn around time on a special order? I have read it's usually 8-10 weeks, but will there be a backlog of special orders and make it take longer than normal? Will there be a bunch of dealer-ordered vehicles that also slow it down? Assuming I go into the dealership this week, would mid-August be a reasonable timeframe? 2. When looking for the 2014s, I had talked to the dealership that used TrueCar for their pricing. The process of negotiating a price was pretty straightforward. What would be the best way to approach a car without having the TrueCar program or knowing a specific price to compare it to? 3. I was planning on using the Ford financing for 0.9% for 60 months, but will that be possible for a special order? Will that be locked in at the time I order the vehicle or will I be subject to whatever promotion Ford is running at the time of delivery? Thanks everyone.
