  1. The only thing my wife doesn't like about our FFH: She hates the trunk! I told her she doesn't have to ride back there anymore!
  2. Do all 2013 - 2015 FFH have the active grill shutters? I though they were an option on some years / trim groups.
  3. My previous car was a Toyota Prius and I bought a 4 year 125k miles extended warranty. I normally don't buy extended warranties but that dealer would refund the full price of the extended warranty plan after the plan had expired if you made no warranty claim. The only thing I was out was the .02% interest my money could have earned in the bank. After I reached 125k miles I went to the dealer thinking there had to be a catch, but I got a check for the full amount about a week later.
  4. I have a 2014 FFH Ti labled at 47/47/47. Most of my miles are highway miles and my actual overall mileage is just over 39 mpg. I traded a Prius rated at 50 and I got pretty close to that. I love my FFH Ti despite the lower mileage. I drive a lot (my car is just shy of 5 months old and I have about 19k miles on it). However, the good news is that soon many of us will get a payment from Ford as they apparently admit that the mileage figures are incorrect. See the article at: http://www.freep.com/article/20140617/BUSINESS0102/306170099/Ford-Fusion-Fiesta-C-Max-Lincoln-MKZ-EPA-mileage-mpg-checks I will say one thing. I have never owned a Ford car before but the fact they are owning up to a mistake without a lawsuit or the government making them makes it more likely I will continue to buy Fords in the future.
  5. Is this true? It says "Available active grill shutters" on Ford's website which leads me to beleive it is an option or part of a package.
  6. A bad shock can cause a rattle, but it would be unusual for a shock to go bad after only a year and 36k miles of use. Why does the dealer suspect the shock? Di they see evidence of it leaking? I'm not too familiar with the rear suspension components but a bad bushing could also cause a rattle.
  7. I just traded my Prius (second one) for my FFH Ti nearly three months ago and I am very pleased with my choice. As Hybridbear said, the mileage won't be as good but the driving experience will be much better. My wife said the only thing she doesn't like about our new Fusion is the trunk, so I promised not to put her back there!
  8. Today is my 76th day of ownership of my FFH and I went over 9,000 miles. Now you know why I have a hybrid!
  9. Thanks all. I agree the FFH is a much nicer car to drive.
  10. I traded in my beloved 2010 Prius two months ago for my Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. The Prius was my second and I really like it but the Fusion is a much nicer car. More substantial, better ride and better options. After 8,000 miles I realy do like the car. I do miss my 50mpg on the Prius though. My Fusion is getting a little less than 40. Anyway, I've deleted PriusChat from my favorites and now am a member of the FFY Forum. :love_shower:
