  2. I have a 2013 hybrid built in Nov, 2012 that HAD the same noise. I had a warning light come on telling me I had a plb and to take it to the dealer. The Dealer said they replaced a cooling pump for the hybrid system. Guess what.... The CLICKING noise stopped. I was surprise, the dealer was surprised and at 5000 miles still no clicking noise.
  3. See report from top guy 150... there is a fix and it was done for my car in naples fl.
  4. I had the same problem you are all discussing since I got the car in december 2012. The problem was finally fixed after I had a power train warning on my dash. I was told that they were replacing some type of cooling pump that delt with the hybrid system. after the pump was replace the clicking stopped. I told the dealer, the region service manager and the ford 800 number. told them to contact the dealer and the repair man to see what was done to solve the problem. If you can't get info from ford for the fix, contact the dealer in Naples Fl, I did not get a feeling that anyone was really concerned about solving the problem.
