Can someone plz try this out and let me know how you fare? Thnx

I live in Vancouver British Columbia, so weather should be identical to anyone who lives in Seattle or Tacoma or neighboring cities. I'm curious if someone that was disappointed the the upgrade achieves similar results to mine... Plz give it a shot and post in here...

5.0L/100km = 47mpg The lower the Litres used the higher the mpg I was averaging 4.6 to 4.9 Litres per 100km Thats Greater than 50mpg So im guessing 25.5 C is 79 Fahrenheit On another note I had my seat warmer on as well.

Got 5.0L/100km avg on drive home with the temperature on :)
-
I've noticed when I drive with my with temperature on (25.5) my cars battery threshold has increased(back to pre-upgrade days) when I accelerate it stays in battery mode longer and I have achieved 5.2L/100km average, which is better than the 5.7L/100km average after the upgrade, so whoever is not happy with the upgrade I say reset your trip B and drive with the temperature on... IMO it drives like it did before( which is a good thing for me) let me know what you think...

100% SOC reset? What is that? Any way to "downgrade" back to what the fusion was originally??
-
My recent trip got 5.7L/100km average on my trip home, was always under 5.0 , :.(

I am very very disappointed in the upgrade, I had learned how to drive the fusion really well and was getting 4.6L/100km average on my 33km trip to work. I may have to re learn to maximize it, or maybe the battery has to get worn in?

Yes, the front part of the car scrapes the ground when I pull into work, now I drive slower

If I'm driving to fast my car bottoms out on not so steep inclines, have done this like 5 times :( ps I have 18inch wheels. This happen to anyone else?

I'm getting better than 50mpg on my 34km trip to work 25 km highway driving. I have to make sure I don't go over 103km/h EV threshold. I do when I am in a hurry though. I am extremely satisfied with this vehicle. :)

Do you play around with the temperature? Do you have passengers? Do you let your car warm up for 10min prior to driving... Maybe the driving is fine and something else is causing you not to get better mpg...

This is my opinion only, lets say you have Eco cruise set at 60miles and you approach a hill, Eco cruise will try its best at maintaining 60miles by turning the engine on and accelerating as efficiently as possible. Now lets say Eco cruise is off, you start driving on the hill and your speed drops to 50miles... Rather than speeding up to 60, I say ride the hill at 50 and accelerate on the downhill or just do 50 or whatever speed it drops to...(not always possible) and the effects of fuel mileage savings (if any) are probably minimal... If anyone understands what I'm trying to say... I know if its a steep hill my theory is not a good idea...

Washed my car for the first time and was wondering that also... Lol thanks.

I really need advice about gas mileage..videos attached

Firstly don't play with the temperature settings, hot or cold, keep it off. Accelerator and let off the gas peddle and drive like this, drive in the slow lane. Avoid uphill drives. Without Eco cruise I've been getting 39.2mpg and its getting better and better as I drive more. Use the Engage display menu to see when the engine turns on and when the battery is on
