If the dealer says the deal is done and they can't change it, you can always cancel , I found this on a web site. 'All Ford ESP contracts can be canceled for a full refund within 30 days (if you have not used any aspect of the plan). Beyond 60 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund from Ford Motor Company.' I have also read somewhere that there could be a $75 cancellation fee.

With all the high tech and being the first year model I ended up getting the PremiumCARE 7y 100k for $1190 from the dealer, $55 more than floodfordesp, and got 60 month 1.29% Financing. Were both my credit unions were 2.25% and 1.49%.
