I also have the problem with the express / one touch windows. Usually it is the front passenger window that won't go up with the one touch but we have also had problems with the driver side window. It has been to the dealer 3 times now. One time they were able to recreate the problem. They replaced a part but it still has the problem. At least the window will go up and down but the express feature should work. Another symptom is that opening all the windows with the remote sometimes works for all but the front passenger window. FYI - Nothing is plugged into any of the outlets or ports. I would be real interested to hear if anyone gets this problem fixed for good and can share the fix.

I got the order number and dealer number. I looked in the "tools for looking up your order" section and it looks like I need a VIN to get more information. Please correct me if there is another way. Ordered: SE, 505A, Tech Package, Voice Activated Navigation, Reverse Sensing (my wife wanted that and camera), Ruby Red with Dune Leather. I hope the color doesn't slow down the order. It looks like there was a hold on the ruby red paint for a while.

I just ordered on 3/26. I got the order number and dealer number yesterday. Is there a way to get status / scheduled build date online or do you just call the 800 fleet number for status?
