Neod - congrats on the car - have a gas Titanium about a week now - just an unbelievable car - love the adaptive cruise and lane keeper. Corncobs - appreciate you blazing that road to add the lights to the cupholders - just doesn't seem like it should be too hard, but the Fusion belongs to the partner and he says no to me taking it apart. If it were truly mine - I would have tried taking the console apart day 1. Too bad Ford pulled that from original production. acdii - I need to order some new Zaino - I used it on 2 trucks 10 to 12 years ago. The second one after it was a couple of years old just became my truck and I quit babying it - the new had worn off and I haven't used Zaino, wax or anything on it since - paint still beads some water and looks good after it is washed. It has always been kept in the garage - but it is honestly 8 years without anything else. The new Fusion definitely deserves Zaino.

Very good information. Thanks for sharing. Wondering what happens if you put a few thousand songs on it and let it index, then remove and add another 1000. Does it know what is already indexed and just index the additional songs? or does it start from the beginning? Is the index stored on the USB drive ? or within MFT? Also with this - will it use the Gracenotes information and display album art when you play the music from the USB? Thanks again.

Jeez- eye opener - have a gas Titanium with the 19" that was ordered - will probably pick it up Monday if the get it from the rail yard to the dealer. To say the least - for the price of the OEM tires they better ride and handle like a dream.

Just curious what's up and how this liner problem was associated with the shortage of moon roofs? I know I'm on the hybrid forum, but is there any real difference in the gas vs hybrid car as far as the moon roof is concerned? I had a gas Titanium with moon roof built last Friday 3/8. There is apparently a shortage of red paint and now moon roofs that are causing some cars to be pushed out - but thought it was strictly a parts shortage. I'd be really interested to know if there are more head liner issues as those all seemed to be worked out a few months back. I think the source has some bad information.

Ordered a Gas Titanium - loaded $36,245 - agreed on the phone to invoice minus $500 (worked with the Internet sales guys - they seem to shoot a little straighter and get right to the bottom than the guys out front). There has been a $400 increase in early March so I'm not done with them now. I want them to throw in the lighted sill plates. Dealers are good about that - it is good will - makes you happy and it really doesn't cost them much when they throw in add on's they get out of their own parts department. So $500 below invoice and the $1500 rebate and $750 coupon (both of those from Ford and don't affect the dealer cost at all). That is 14.5% off of MSRP. Have to add taxes and fees. As reported in TX - taxes 6.25%, inventory tax ~$50, deputy fee/transfer fee ~$5, documentation fee ~$75-100, license, inspection and title - ~$125.

Looks good - but I'm curious - looks like the interior color of your car is Dune - although you say it is a Titanium. Maybe that is an option on the Hybrid, but all gas versions have black interior. To say the least - since your interior color is dune - you do know that the lighted sill plates come in 2 different colors - black and dune? The black doesn't look bad - but they do come in both colors.

Global open/close feature from remote?

Actually you'd like to think Ford would just fix it.
