  1. I love my Ford Fusion hybrid except I get complaints about call quality. I have an iPhone 5 paired via Bluetooth to the vehicle. I can hear the caller fine, but the caller hears a lot of background noise or static most of time. I have paired another iPhone 5 and an iPhone 4 with the same results. I took the vehicle to the dealer and they performed a master reset on my Ford Sync Touch system and they claimed it solved the problem. How is everybody else experience? Is it just my car?
  2. I have an appoinment at Wickstron Ford in Barrington tomorrow morning for this issue. They have already called me and warned me that they may not be able to do anything. The person said that the lower MPG is expected because the vehicle is not broken in yet at 2,000 miles. In addition, I ran a vehicle health report and it uncovered no issues.
  3. I also bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid in January. I am having the same problem. I am getting about 32.6 MPG. I have about 2,000 miles on the vehicle. I don't know what to do about it, but it is sad that the vehicle does not get even close to the 47 MPG advertised for both city and highway.
