    Have the coolant levels been checked? If it is low the heater core may be empty.

    I just upgraded my iPhone to IOS 9.3 and it corrected the problem with Siri Eyes Free. My Ford Touch no longer switches to Bluetooth when you long press the voice button.

    Siri works for me as long as I am listening to a Bluetooth audio source such music or podcasts. If I am listing to the radio and hold the speak button the source will switch to Bluetooth but Siri does not work.

    On your iPhone go to Settings>Bluetooth then click on the "I" next to SYNC and make sure that "Show Notifications" is enabled.

    I was just going to ask if this software was available for the Fusion Hybrid. I checked the Ford Owner web site and it says that my software is up-to-date. I would really like the Siri eyes free feature. Has anyone been able to download the 3.8 update? I'm currently running 3.6.2.

    I used the very helpful video you pointed to change the filter on my 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I ordered the filter on Amazon and it was sold by ABQ Auto Parts for $17.39.

    I have never needed to dial 911 from my car but I call 511 for traffic information all the time. Just say "dial" and wait for the prompt and say "911" wait for the next prompt and say "dial".

    To disable the email notification sound go to Settings>Sounds>New Mail and select None.

    It looks like they have modified the layout of the home screen but it has all the same information.

    Make sure to press the lock button on the remote and then press the remote start button twice. The light on the remote will turn green and the engine will start about 10 seconds later.

    I deleted the spoiler from my Titanium Fusion and it has the chrome accents on the door handles.
