  1. I've had my share of noises too. 1. door panels (driver side) - in my case I found that it was the tweeter. they are smaller than the bracket that holds them. the dealer popped the tweeter out and added some foam to the edge of the tweeter and replaced it (front door). that worked. I did the rear door myself using felt tape. rattle/buzz gone. 2. b-pillar (driver side) - frequent rattle. dealer replaced adjustable seat belt holder. rattle gone. 3. constant squeak with body flex from b-pillar?, doors? (driver side) - took to dealer 4-5 times for this one. they adjusted doors, which worked a little. I coated weather strips with silicone and then Vaseline to rule out the weather strip and the sound continued. finally took the service manager for a ride. he kept it and called the ford engineers. they checked welds and whatever else. they almost settled for "oh well, not sure what to do.' luckily, as recommended by the ford engineer, they finally injected expanding foam into the b-pillar and now the constant squeak that I've heard for over a year is gone. overall I like the car, but it has to be the noisiest one that I've ever owned.
