I can tell you my 2013 Fusion with Sony MFT had the "A4" Nav sd card in the slot when I drove off the lot. I was told I had Navigation, and the card and its packaging where in the car. The card does nothing, and now the salesman says that if it does not say it has Navigation on the sticker, it does not have it. My sense is that it is all the same hardware, but a bit has to be flipped for $795. That is ridiculous since Nav software can be had on hardware for $100 and less then $50 on an iPhone. So unless you know how to flip that bit, the cards would be useless to you. If you do know, won't you tell us how?
