The car was a loaner from Ford. I've been testing cars for about 20 years and my writing has appeared in various publications under a few pseudonyms. And this Fusion was fairly well loaded with all the toys.

Yes, it's not the exact same engine between the gas and hybrid models, but they're both Duratec 2.5L four-cylinders...one is Otto-cycle and one is Atkinson-cycle. The target market for the video is NOT you guys (you're too knowledgeable)...it's the average person who doesn't care that the valve timing is different between the two engines. Comet...I didn't want one of those talking-head videos but something a little more enjoyable in order to keep people interested. I don't know how many car review videos I've seen over the years where I was just bored by the end. Thanks for noticing!
