I guess that would depend on your speed at which ABS is applied, if below 5 MPH, There is very little if any regen.

Thats because there is no direct connection between the brake pedal and the master cylinder like you have in a regular car. I felt that myself.

Wheel slippage disables power in these cases, so makes perfect sense. Tried it myself and was surprised to still get 100%.If one wheel slips, then only that side is affected while the other side is still regenerating, if both slip then the regen is decoupled completely. I only had one wheel slip, so I never saw the circle go away.
