I can only assume that kit would have to be ordered from a Ford dealer's parts desk. Since the model is still in production, Ford may only vend these parts to body shops. Thing is, Mustangs support an entire aftermarket industry and have a 40+ year longevity. The Fusion/Milan are only just entering their third year on the market. This mid-size family sedan is not going to support an aftermarket anywhere near the Mustang. Call a body shop and ask them about ordering the OEM parts. Or, hey... you're on the Internet... try some Google?

Dyoct Report post Posted August 17, 2007 The Milan fogs are more like the MKZ minus the chrome bezel the Z has. Other than Ford, there might be some aftermarket body panel support out, but don't hold your breath just yet. It would all depend on how much demand there is for collision/replacement parts and the units in operation to support the aftermarket.
eiching1 Report post Posted September 15, 2007 I am in the process right now. I bought some used fogs. However, they have some on eBay (not factory ) that are a little cheaper. It seems the bezels and switches have to come from a dealer. I am not going to try the factory switch since it also the headlight switch. You can try partscheap.com. Email or call them. They can steer you in the right direction.
