I would love a 5 door version. Looks completely like the 4 door, but makes loading the car so much easier. How come we can't get the diesel here? 210HP, with probably a lot more torque.

No problem over here as long you don't wanna drive a hybrid. Only the FMH ;) is offered as 4 door sedan otherwise it's only the 5 door hatch.

I love that hatchback. I'm normally not a hatchback fan. I was really hoping Ford would bring the Mondeo Wagon to the USA someday.

Not really a hatchback fan but the execution/look is excellent! Did you also notice the hydraulic hood support, here Ford is still using the prop rod, much like the Ford Pinto...must save just a few dollars per car...

Very interesting! We struggle getting things into the trunk on the hybrid - the hatchback would make it ever so much easier to load her up!
