Sleddog Report post Posted July 30, 2013 I had an issue the dealer corrected. My sync stopped working so I used the out of my touch reset software and procedure. It worked for about 5 minutes then I could not hear my phone when I made a call. Did the reset again using out of touch. Right after the reboot, the right steering wheel button started work in reverse. The voice command button was now mute, the up/down/left/right arrows were reverse, the Ok button did not work. I did one more reset using the master reset on the MFT. After reboot, none of the right side buttons worked! The dealer troubleshot it using pinpoint testing and replaced the Steering Column Module, Ford P/N DG9Z*3F791*CA. It works fine now. It was probably a coincidence. But it was really weird..
