Buster1 Report post Posted August 20, 2010 Hey, A lot of you guys...my Hybrid bros...don't have Avatar pictures of your cars. Or anything for that matter. I'd be happy to host a pic of your choosing on my online photo website, and send you the link. You could then post the pic of your car and/or make it your Avatar picture anywhere on the forum. I think it would be cool if all the Hybrid Drivers had pics of their cars in their avatars. Hybrid's only! :shift: PM or email me if you are interested. ~Buster
rfruth Report post Posted August 21, 2010 Nice offer but anyone who wants can upload an avatar so what are you offering (bulk upload of photos) ?
Buster1 Report post Posted August 21, 2010 No, just trying to help out. Besides, if you upload an avatar file, it has to be small. If you put the file on an on-line file storage place, you can upload the whole picture. See how yours is cropped, and mine isn't?
xmech2k Report post Posted August 21, 2010 Hybrid's only! :shift: Sounds like a case of 'smug pollution'! :hysterical2:
rfruth Report post Posted August 23, 2010 I hope non hybrid drivers don't have the impression that hybrid drivers feel smug, granted something with a class IV trailer hitch used as a grocery getter looks like the wrong tool for the job to me but maybe they haul around a bunch of scouts & their gear or have to use a non paved road several times a month or such a vehicle makes um feel like the outdoorsy type, if its street legal and that looks like a good use of money go for it ! xmech2k Report post Posted August 23, 2010 Don't worry rf. I know 99%, well maybe 98% of hybrid drivers aren't like that. I just thought this was a perfect place to slide in a South Park reference. There was an episode about hybrids, where the smog pollution went away, but then they had to deal with the smug pollution. I agree, the super-size grocery getters are worse. Especially here in SoCal. You'll be amazed how many dainty woman love to drive lifted monster SUV's!
