Fusion asking for a Vehicle Health Report too often?

Hi all,

 

2010 Fusion SEL, with about 20k miles on it. Had it for 3 months now. I've been noticing that Sync will ask me if I want to run a vehicle health report like.... every two weeks or so. I ran one initially when I first got the vehicle, just to see what it's like. Ran another one a month later, no problems. Since then, Sync will rudely interrupt my music like almost every two weeks or so and ask me if I want to run a report. I tell it "no" every time, but sure enough, a week later or so, it'll just ask me again. Like its a computer child or something that I have to keep saying no to.

 

Is there a way to change the frequency of Sync asking for a health report? Thank you.

That's a known Sync bug, update your Sync and the problem should go away.

I'm having same problem. Sync is totally worthless to me. Now I have to update it just to turn the !@#$ thing off.........

Now - how do I turn off vehicle health reports ?

Sorry if it's too long to type here, but if you get out your Sync supplemental guide from your glove box, it's on page 36.

Thanks - I'll check - maybe I was "cranky" earlier about Sync...... you know life is too complex when you have to reboot your car....
