Which Lamin-x shade?

I'm trying to decide between using the gunsmoke or smoked taillight film on my 2010 Tuxedo Black fusion. I'm afraid the gunsmoke might be too light but the smoke looks almost too dark.The police aren't much of a problem around here but I don't want to tempt fate. Anyone have pics of the tails and brake lights lit up using the smoke? I tried to get a sample from them, but recieved an email basically telling me to look at the pics on their website to decide

I was preferring the gunsmoke at one time. I like tinted but, not blacked out.

Just remember if they are too dark, people wont be able to see your brake lights in day light. At night it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but if they cant see them in bright sunlight, don't even want to think about it.
