Rough running engine (vibration)

This is my third Fusion Hybrid.  First one was a 2010, the second a 2011, both had the 2.5 Atkinson engine and were amazing smooth.  My new one is a 2019 Titanium with about 30k, it has the 2.0 engine..  It’s a much rougher running engine than the previous 2.  Just curious if there were any other owners that owned the older models as well and what their feelings were the engine smoothness.   I had a 2018 Hybrid Titanium long term rental (6 month) back in 2018, and didn't remember it being a rough running engine.  Trying to determine if it’s normal, or if there’s something I can do to smooth it out.

I have Fusion Hybrid Titanium 2019,I would not say that the engine has strong vibration.

I've had a 2015 FFH and now a 2017 FFH. I've found both to have very smooth-running gas engines.

I've had a '15 and a '17 FFH prior to the current one.  I've noticed nothing as you report.  Have you had it checked?  Maybe an O2 sensor or something might have that effect.  Just skulling on that one - I stopped doing my own maintenance when computers took over.

2019 FFH smooth as butter under 2k rpm. Above there's a slight tingle in the throttle.

 

Also, don't do an oil change with old dino oil. The FFH needs semi synthetic (0W20) oil, and needs to be replaced every 6k miles, or depending on your area's humidity levels, every 2 years. But I doubt anyone would do 2 years on a hybrid before reaching 6k miles.

My '17 FFH Titanium now has 69,000 miles and has run on 100% synthetic 0-20W Amsoil since break-in.  The ICE has been and continues to be very smooth running.  I am always obsessing over a plug change, but the manual does not recommend that until 100K, if I'm not mistaken.  Jaclark2000, have you had your car checked out?

The manual for the 2019+ models say 125k miles or 150k miles. Considering they are iridium plugs, and can last well over 200k miles on an econobox, they should last the lifetime of the car on this hybrid. Especially considering that the FFH hardly revs above 2k rpm if you drive it a bit carefully.
