Passenger(Right) low beam out

Hello, my girlfriend just got a 2012 Fusion hybrid and the passenger low beam is out, I changed the bulb and unfortunately it did not fix the problem and it looks like someone already tried it. I also checked fuse number 8 inside the car as its susposed to control the right low beam. Anything I can try to fix?
