Painted Grille

I just finished my first mod this weekend, here's a pic.

 

 

Sorry I didnt get to wash it yet. We're on water restriction.

Hmmm . . . would look better with color matched fog light bezels. I wish the SAP package had matched the side mirror backs. The black plastic looks cheap.

You're right, the more I look at it the more I want them black too. Thanks for the suggestion, it will be done.

Wasn't sure I liked it at first, but I can see it with the painted black bezels and maybe the 17" split spoke wheels. Maybe replace the stock Ford emblem with a black Ford emblem . . . I think it would like hawt!

Not bad...but you need to complete teh look by tintingthe headlights and blacking out the yellow turn signal lens. As posted above, paint the fog light bezels and the side view mirros as well. Lastly ....WHEELS! Get a nice set of wheels to compliment the blacked out theme, and good luck!

hey, picking my '07 up tomorrow, what kind of paint did you use on the grille? any sanding or primer? how about clear coat?

Hell that's gorgeous if i had the money i'd like to do that in green with my tri platinum white :banghead: . and what kind of lower grille mesh is that. i was thinking a medium honeycomb would look great. :shift:
