murphy Report post Posted March 14, 2017 Push and hold the button for down and continue holding for 3 seconds after the window stops moving. Repeat the preceding for up.Repeat both of the above steps. If that doesn't work, make an appointment with your dealer.
johncanfield Report post Posted March 14, 2017 I tried a variation of that procedure without success. With the window down I didn't hold the switch, I held it down for three seconds as it was going down. I'll give that a try and report back. Thanks. djminfll Report post Posted March 22, 2017 The process Murphy describes is exactly what I used to have to do to my 2013. Since I got my 2017, it hasn't been necessary, but if it every happens again, that's the process I'll try.
