Automate Report post Posted February 25, 2016 Anyone tried the new "Configuration" feature of FORScan 2.3 for Windows? I was able to enable the daytime-running-lights on my 2010. Curious as to what features can be enabled in the 2nd gen FFHs.

Automate Report post Posted February 27, 2016 Assuming you want to enable DRLThe DRL feature is controlled by the Generic Electronic Module (GEM) The GEM module is usually on the MS-CAN bus. The cheap ELM327 clones don't support MS-CAN as purchased. So you have 3 options:1. Buy a cheap ELM327 clone and modify it yourself. http://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=42. Buy an adapter that has already been modified for a little more money.3. Buy a higher quality more expensive adapter which has a built-in electronic switch of HS/MS-CAN such as the ODBLink-MX http://www.obdlink.com/mxbt/ You will also need the Extended FORScan license but you can get that for free in the forum. ceilidhdog Report post Posted April 3, 2019 If this works for the 2013 fusion hybrid what would i need to purchase? If you want to have the DRL turned on in your 2013 FFH, ask your dealer. I did, and they originally charged me $80. But then I explained that it was a safety feature and that other dealers had done it free of charge (according to this forum), and he eliminated the charge. murphy Report post Posted April 3, 2019 My dealer said he didn't want to take the time to do it, so I did it myself.
