BiXLL Report post Posted June 20, 2015 Well, my wife and I have finally jumped through all the hoops, played all the waiting games, dealt with all the head games, and we have gotten her workmans comp settlement check. It only took 14 months of going from 2 incomes to 1, but we made it! I can now go get my new HiTy I have been wanting. Currently ford is offering $500.00 cash back. I am seeing some much better offers from other mfg.s for 4th of July sales events. Has anybody heard if ford is going to do something better?
BiXLL Report post Posted June 20, 2015 Oh man!!! I think I found my car! According to what I am reading on the dealer website this car is eligable for $1500. lender and $1000. customer cash. I assume its because its a 2015? Anyway, car is everything I want. Think they would negotiate to a $30,000 sale price with the incentives included? http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin=3FA6P0RU8FR191662

BiXLL Report post Posted June 20, 2015 I am waiting for dealer to get back to me to verify those incentives. I also told him over phone I was looking for a $30,000. sale price, not sure if they will do that?

I also told him over phone I was looking for a $30,000. sale price, not sure if they will do that? Just make sure that you know whether the price quoted does or does not include freight and/or tax/tags/processing/etc and whether you are OK with the real bottom line pricing. Lots of people get new car fever and see a price that looks good on a web site and go take a test drive and are all excited and ready to sign the papers and then find that the $30,000 is now $33,000 or whatever and by that time the new person's new car fever overrides their thoughts of shopping around a bit more for a better deal, and they pay more than they wanted -- it's almost like car dealers count on that type of thing happening. ;) Good luck! 1 GrySql reacted to this
wdfd908 Report post Posted June 20, 2015 They should be willing to do $30,000. The MSRP on my 2015 HyTi was $35,350 and I got it down, with incentives, to $29,500 or so. Adding in taxes, title, registration, and dealer fees I paid $32,250. With the incentives they push you to Ford Financing, which had really high rates. I Re-fi'd within 2 weeks at my local credit union for a much lower rate. Ford is offering 0%, but you lose the $1500 incentive.
BiXLL Report post Posted June 21, 2015 I have made my offer over email after dealership closed last night. Salesman all ready responded that he thinks "we will be ok with it", just need to hear from sales manager. Keep your fingers crossed for me fellas, this has been a year long research project for me and I am finally pulling the trigger on the car just the way I wanted it! 2 jeff_h and Hybrider reacted to this
