I have a 2015 FFH SE 106K miles with a bit of an issue. When I go through the tunnel carwash my trunk opens and my memory seats recall to random positions. I don't have push button start, so it's definitely not a issue with the key fob. The only cause I can think of would be the touchpad, but the touchpad does not control the seat memory settings to my knowledge. I know it's a somewhat common issue for the keypad to cause the trunk to randomly open due to UV and water damage, but I haven't seen any mention of the memory seat issue mine is having. It ONLY happens in the tunnel wash. Any ideas as to what's causing this issue and how I would approach diagnosis? I know there are CAN BUS modules all over the car, so I'm a bit lost. I'm a bit nervous this could the the start of endless electrical nightmares. Any help is greatly appreciated! If this is a bad sign of expensive and complicated electrical issues, I may end up trading my baby in.

I bought my Fusion 3 days ago. I went out to my garage this morning (with both fobs), and accidentally hit remote start (I think). Some lights went on, but it did not unlock. Since then, I have tried EVERYTHING to unlock it. Nothing works. Neither fob works. And I can't find how to get the key into the driver's door and unlock it. First, does anyone know what the heck I could have done to have both fobs not work at all? Second, how do I get the key under the driver's side door handle and unlock it? It barely goes in at all.

It is oftentimes around 20 degrees when I leave the office, so I would like to turn the car on and leave it running with the keys inside while it warms up (I have the key code access on the driver side door so I'm not worried about being locked out). But no matter what I do I cannot get the doors to stay locked when the car is running and in park. Am I missing something or is this a "safety" feature? Any way to get around it if it is a safety feature?
