I want to thank everyone for all the information that you shared on these forums. I was able to convince a dealer to sell me their Fusion Hybrid from their stock at the X-plan rate. It has white exterior and light stone interior, which wasn't my first choice, but I wanted to make sure I would get the car. I totally completed the purchase of the car which had a VIN number and everything. They even sold it with no extra charge for the tri-coat.
