Not bad...but you need to complete teh look by tintingthe headlights and blacking out the yellow turn signal lens. As posted above, paint the fog light bezels and the side view mirros as well. Lastly ....WHEELS! Get a nice set of wheels to compliment the blacked out theme, and good luck!

FWIW.... I have been checking throughout the country for a pair of Light Stone/Light Grey visors with Homelink option, from a Zephyr or MKZ. Have had ZERO luck! Plenty of beige or tan visors, but no grey/stone ones. A new one for the 08 Fusion/Milan lists for 400.00+ from Ford. Based on what has been written here, I had my local dealer order a pair of visors for an 06 Zephyr, total cost was less than 200.00 for the pair. Easy swap, though pulling the connector from the headliner (taped over at factory) was a little difficult. You are not able to swap out the factory mirror for a Homelink mirror if you have the factory SYNC. If you do not have SYNC, a homelink mirror swap is the way to go, (25.00-50.00 from salvage yard, 125.00+ on ebay) Happy Fourth of July to ALL!

I hope to locate a pair of visors, lt stone or black would match the black interior. Knowing that the MKZ/Zepher visors match up, it gives me a few more options in my junk yard search. As for the electronics, yes, it is simply plugging in the connector that supplies power to the lighted mirror. Homelink and Vanity Mirror are already pre-wired into the same circuit. I have done this mod many times in the past, with Windstars, F-150's, Expiditions and Montereys. Just was not sure what would swap into the Fusion. 400.00 for a new visor is simply overkill. As for buying a set up and trying to re-install it inside the current visor, not what I want to do. I may re-locate one inside the console or the glove box, but that would only be as a last resort. Want the mirror hookup, but since that would eliminate the SYNC mic, i will focus on swapping in a visor. Thank you for the information

I would like to install a homelink remote in our 08 Fusion. We have the SYNC system, so we are unable to simply swap out the interior mirror for a Homelink one. I know the 08 Milan has this as a "late availablity" option with a Visor mount, but cost is in excess of 400.00 for one visor. Any one know if an MKZ visor will bolt into the Fusion, as I understand that this is a Lincoln option as well. Any help and input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
