I have also purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion and have Zune. My zune was working fine for the first week and now it will play for about 5 seconds and then "USB REMOVED" and then reconnects. This happens 95% of the time. I have had it into Ford and they pulled the fuse to restart the computer and then it worked for a day. Now they think it is the Zune which I dont' think is. Please keep me informed as I will do the same. I love the Fusion and the Sync but does drive a person crazy when you buy something and expect it to work correctly..
