Hi friends, I recently bought a Hybrid 2010 from a guy who had the vehicle for 15 years and in very good shape. The car has 120k miles and before buying it, I saw many videos on YouTube with guys going on EV mode almost always under 40 mph but I noticed mine only go EV stopped at traffic lights. Still I see the average mpg varies from 34/40. I also learned that apparently there was a recall in 2020 in regards of this behavior but I read people complaining that their vehicles went from 40 to 30 drastically. This one as I said still goes up to 40 but also the EV mode only activates when parked. The guy who I got it from never attended that recall. So my questions are...if go now 2025 to any dealer, can I get it fixed for free? Am I still on time taking into account the recall was back in 2020? Thanks
