Hybrid transmission (HF35) fluid level check?

If the 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid car is running fine, is it possible it is not necessary to change trans. fluid, even at 200k miles? Or to put it another way, what will happen if I never change the transmission fluid? Same for brakes, if brakes work fine is it necessary to change brake pads anyways? Thank you in advance.
