Problem: I bought a used 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid and my battery I believe has died. I tried to pull the pull-tab from behind the seat but the previous owner must have broken it because it is not there. I then tried to charge the battery from the charging port in the front of the car but the negative terminal is missing the cable. Question: How can I either charge the battery another way or open the trunk another way? Appreciate any helpful tips. Thank you.
