I realize this is an older post, but if you didn't get your answer... The 11 speaker SE system has a separate amp for just the 2 rear deck mounted 6x9 subs and does not have a rear center speaker in the rear deck. The remaining speakers are all powered off the ACM. The 12 Speaker Sony system uses a Full DSP to power all of the speakers.

I can say for certain that they do fit. I recently installed them on my vehicle now and have no issues.

I certainly hope so because I just ordered a set of 4 Yokohama Advan A/S in that size.
