  1. So nobody else has had any issues with doors sagging at all? Could some people with older fusions comment on this please?
  2. Well this is my first time to buy a car with any kind of warranty at all. I did also buy a 3rd party extended warranty that supposedly is bumper to bumper up to 90k. I guess my main worry is that the sag is due to an undocumented damage and repair.
  3. I just bought my 2018 hybrid 19 days ago and it was a corporate rental fleet car. It's in excellent shape of course and has around 32k on it. My problem is I didn't really notice a passenger door sag problem even though I was as thorough as possible and even had the dealer put the car on a lift so I could really inspect the undercarriage. I used to be a toyota and lexus mechanic and have a good idea of how to find body work damage or evidence of any kind of major wreck repair. The door sag seems to have appeared in the last week and now I don't know if I should try to get the dealer to fix it since it was "as-is" and I took delivery or I should just take it to my local ford dealer and let their body shop take a look at it. I would say there is a good 1/4" drop when the door is opened and it really bothers me of course. The carfax didn't say anything about a wreck and the door and front passenger fender look like factory paint to me. Do you guys have door sag after just a couple years?? Is this something I can adjust myself or anybody has had to mess with? I didn't expect this kind of problem for at least a few more years.
