Where are you at mileage wise? They told me it would be approximately 400 dollars to fix. They said no warranty, nothing was available...May i ask what "warranty" they covered it over... The FordService has all but disappeared... Ended up getting into it this weekend. Removed the bottom seat, undid the seatbelt torx bolt, loosed the slack on the belt, and it all retracted back and "works" again! Woo hoo. Still locks up, but at least now I can buckle it before lowering the seat
Had to use a ratcheting strap to hold the seat up in order to get the bench out Bench seat is out! Finally Seat out of the vehicle Another angle of the seat Torx Bolt is out, seat is finally back up Another angle If you remove the seat make sure to capture the hook when re-installing the seat
