I have had my Fusion Energi since the beginning of April. I have had to clean the inside of the windshield at least once a week. The dealership has no clue what is causing this. I take my Mustang to car shows every weekend and decided to ask my friends there if they had ever heard of this. They said it is gasses coming off the plastic dashboard. I'm not happy that I am inhaling this stuff. They suggested that I cover the dash with towels and then clean the inside of the window with rubbing alcohol being careful not to get the alcohol on the dash. Then I should clean the inside with Invisible Glass. I plan to treat the plastic on the dash with a sealing detailer that I use on my Mustang. Hopefully this will slow down the gasses rising up to the windshield. One of my friends said he did this to his wife's Cobalt, and he only had to clean the inside of the windshield every 4 or 5 months. That is certainly a lot better than once a week. I plan to do this on Saturday, so I'll post later and let everyone know if this method works.
