  1. Yes I do. Thanks for your help. Like I said we have gone through all the necessary channels for information and came up empty handed. This was a last resort. If you can't help that's fine but I'm not going to get into that with you. It's pointless. Thanks again
  2. Exactly. You would like to think there is a way to work around this but I've still got nothing.
  3. They had the keys when they loaded them most likely. Then the keys somehow disappeared in transit.
  4. Not towed sir. I work at an auto ramp and we had several arrive on rail with missing keys. No one seems to have any information on this anywhere. This is just a final attempt to gather some info on this. Yes you can shift the car.
  5. I tried that as well and still got nothing. I don't know why they arrived with no keys. I work at an auto ramp.
  6. One of the mechanics was able to remove something in the center console that allowed the gears to be shifted. I'm no mechanic not quite sure what he did there. It's a push button start.
  7. I just tried this but didn't have any luck with it. Thanks for trying, I appreciate your efforts. If you have any other ideas please let me know.
  8. Thanks but I did that already. Not sure how the details are relevant to what I am asking though. I have a vehicle with no keys with the electric emergency break in the on position and I need to release it. I can get the vehicle in to neutral, and the battery is charged... I do not think I am missing any information. If so, what else would you need to know? Thanks
  9. What exactly does this look like? I've seen in other vehicles if you lift up the center console you can find a loop wire of some sort to pull up that would release the break...
  10. Thanks sir, So basically if I don't have the keys for this vehicle there is no way at all for me to move it if the parking break is applied? Seems hard to believe you know? Long story but I have 7 of these with no keys that need to be moved all with the parking breaks engaged.
  11. Hi guys, Sorry if this issue has already been covered. However, I didn't find anything using the search function. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid here with no remotes (keys). I can get the vehicle in to neutral and the vehicle has power but I can't get the electronic emergency break to disengage. Is there any way to manually realease this break so I can move the vehicle? I haven't been able to find anything on it anywhere. Thank so much for any info you can provide.
