Intermittent climate control problem

The climate control suddenly changed temperature to very hot and the blower went to maximum speed and the defroster went on, all un-commanded. This occurred twice during one month of driving, once after pulling out of my garage and once on the road.

Sure you didnt breath on max defrost? Thats what it does when max defrost is set. Those touch sensitive buttons can be a real PITA at times, just shifting from park to drive I have done that.

I've also accidentally brushed against Max Defrost & had this happen.

I recommend taking some time to check out and become accustomed to how your new vehicle operates. If these symptoms come back, and you're concerned, your dealer will be in the best position to talk with. Keep us in the loop! :)

I've been able to have those activate with a glove, my phone, or anything else that happens to touch it. Just has to brush it.
