excalibur1701n@yahoo.com Report post Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) It will have been one year since I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. In a nutshell, I love the car!I currently have 13,000+ miles on it. I'm averaging around 43 MGP during the cold winter months and very close to 50 MPG during the warmer times of the year. I keep track of mileage and gasoline purchases so this is very accurate. Overall I'm about 46.5 MPGSome cons: - Driving with the windows open when going 40 MPH or higher. It creates a wind vortex and gets very noisy. - When you turn the climate control on, it automatically puts the fans in high speed, which is very noisy. I wish it would remember your last settings. - I like driving one handed with my hand at the 6pm position. (especially during highway driving) No room to do that with the steering wheel.Pros: -Gas mileage, obviously. :) -Very roomy and has lots of space. Wife and I were able to drive to Florida and back (1100 miles) and we had plenty of space for luggage for a full week. -Quiet and smooth ride. - And lets face it, the car is pleasant to look at. I'm a happy Ford owner! Edited September 24, 2014 by excalibur1701n@yahoo.com 7 DeeCee, hybridbear, LoganZ and 4 others reacted to this
WJM71 Report post Posted September 30, 2014 Just bought my FFH and made a trip to the city and back, about 360- 400 km. Average is 5.3l/100km or in US speak, I think it is about 53.55 mpg. What a radical change from my Honda Odyssey van. Maybe I won't have to mortgage the house for my monthly gas bills! 2 GrySql and corncobs reacted to this

As you and your new car have time to get to know each other, things should only get better! Well, maybe not 53+ on a regular basis, but it seems you're off to a great start. :) 1 corncobs reacted to this
WJM71 Report post Posted October 8, 2014 I am actually now down to 5l/100km which is about 56,75 miles per Canadian gallon. I wish I had the Navigation system on this car. Is it possible to have it added to the touch screen?
