Aftermarket radios with Handsfree and USB?

I have a 2005 Freestyle that I am about to purchase provided the 3 items I found are addressed and wont cost a ton to get resolved. Its an SEL and not a bad looking car, well maintained, and good driver. Since IL is a handsfree state I will need to get a Handsfree radio for it. There are adapters that connect to the factory radio for handsfree, and there are ones for Aux input via either BT or USB, but not both in one unit. So an aftermarket radio install would be a second option. Any ideas on who makes a decent one that isn't a tom of cash and can plug right in?

How about one of those stand alone BT devices? I was looking at an option for my wife where the hands free is built into the rear view mirror. IIRC it was around $100 for a decent unit.

The one I looked at integrates with the factory radio, the answer button goes where the power point is, and automatically mutes the radio and uses the cars speakers for the caller. Would be nice if it could also have a USB connection for audio from the phone too.
