Nice work. Amazing what they can do with body putty. There is flexible "bondo" for bumpers, used it myself, it doesn't crack when flexed, and when prepped properly you can't even tell it was used.

Got rear-ended again this morning. In the parking lot at our apartment. We were driving through the parking lot at a reasonable speed (5-10 MPH) and this guy wasn't paying attention and ran right into us.

Oh no!! Sorry HB, I hope it's not as bad this time and you're both okay. There sure seem to be a lot of bone head drivers. Wouldn't you like to have a toxicology test done to these 'not paying attention' types.

We dropped the Focus Electric off at the same body shop who did the repair last time. They'll work directly with Progressive. No idea how long things will take. We got a 2014 Focus ICE SE to drive. The DCT is just AWFUL to drive. It's so rough. I hope our car is repaired quickly.

Sorry to hear this... a friend of mine has a 2013 Focus and apparently (based on comments I've read on BOF) the 2014 is smoother, but I guess it still has a ways to go! Here's hoping for a quick repair...

Not good, you need a dashcam to aid any potential litigation against these drivers when they cause bodily injury to someone.

Got the car back today. This time it cost the other driver's insurance about $1600 for the repair plus the rental car cost.
