Climate Commands - "min fan", " max fan"

Hello, I recently purchased a 2014 Titanium Fusion Energi (late production date). After a ton of research and the dealer scratching their head I notice the "Min fan" and "Max fan" Sync voice commands even though advertised are not in my Fusion Energi.

 

Can anyone confirm if the Titanium Hybrid has them??

On my 2013 Titanium Fusion Hybrid, I can say "Climate" then say "reduce fan speed" and it will recognize that command and reduce the fan speed. "Min fan" or Max fan did not work. Try saying reduce fan speed or increase fan speed. That should work.

On our 2013 FFH SE "reduce fan speed" and "increase fan speed" work as well.

Ok, thanks to all for checking for me, you all confirmed for me that it just was not my car or the Fusion Energi model. Or ford just needs to update their literature, and their Sync helpline!

As far as the decrease and increase fan command goes, yes - this does work but you have to do it in several steps to get full or min power. I guess it is just easier just to hit the buttons on the dash!

You mean those touch buttons? Brutal... I didn't realize in the long run how bad they actually are to use day in day out. They suck!!!

I normally just keep Climate on my right display and use the button on the steering wheel to adjust the fan speed.

I tested the MIN and MAX Fan voice commands last night in the MKZh. All the commands do is set the temp to LO and HI respectively. Grrr! :)

Climate temperature 72 degrees is the command to set temperature.

Climate (wait for beep) Increase fan speed

 

Just have to learn the voice commands and never have to touch the buttons.
