About 3 months into ownership the left turn signal on the car started acting up. The left turn signal will shut off early during a turn or even pulling in to a turn lane, the right turn signal has never once done this. The dealership I bought the car at told me that I need to read the user's guide to learn how they work . I took it to another dealership near where I work today to see if they had any better insight along with having them look at a few other issues and I was told that all new fords behave that way, it doesn't matter what one I get in to you can turn the wheel a 32nd of an inch and it will turn it off... The biggest problem beyond pure annoyance is the safety factor in the turn signal shutting off early when I'm not on a road with a turn lane and I have a hard time believing that this is working as intended. So does everybody else have this issue like I am being told since it is normal operation?
What is the best way to contact Ford directly with an issue like this because I don't have the time to go dealer searching to find one that cares as the next closest dealer is 40+ miles away outside of these two.
