Horrible buying experence followed by ordering a custom Fusion. Is this normal?

Its funny but when I was shopping to the first FFH all I could find were silver ones. Needless to say I found one of the rarest colors in the FFH instead. That deep dark green.

I have never seen a deep dark green Fusion. They don't list that color now.

It was called Atlantis Green. The car got mistaken for black quite a bit.

Dark Side has a bit more of a blue tint to it but isn't all that different from Atlantis Green in it's black-like appearance.
