Any way of turning off the MFT screen?

Recommended Posts

Is there any way of turning off the MFT screen? I can't seem to find the option.

I dont think there is one. There are times where turning it off would be nice, it can get pretty bright when you need to see out on a dark and stormy night, even with a black screen.

That's what I thought. Thanks for the straight answer.

Being the internet, I was expecting "Turn the car off." LOL!

KLH I suspect the best you can do is to dim the display so it isn't so bright - or you could maybe make a plate the size of the screen with Velcro on the sides to darken it or cover it. Just a thought.

As for you Acdii - Love your honesty, now to be clear you don't want to take it also? The screen I mean...sorry can't resist and it is in poor taste to take advantage of a moderator when he is down...or is it? I think for you we should make an exception. :yahoo:

KLH - an explanation of sorts. Our illustrious moderator was once prepared to cross into Canada and 'borrow' (I'm being polite) a set of rims that came with the appearance package and mounted on MY CAR! Now because he is a "Mod" I guess I should be careful and respectful - nah, not my nature..... :noobie: Still friends?

What just happened, I'm so confused.

Welcome to the insane asylum. That was a weird way of giving a compliment.

That was great. FWIW, I've forgotten to experiment with turning off the screen... LOL!
