TSB 13-10-4 LOSS OF ONE-TOUCH-UP POWER WINDOW OPERATION

Recommended Posts

We solved our problems abruptly a couple months back by swapping the Fusion for a 2014 Mazda 6. I loved the Fusion, but the quality problems were too much to deal with.

What model your was your FFH?

Mine has been perfect since day 1. Compared to the first car, it is like night and day. Pretty sure most of the issues others have/had with windows and BS messages, that first one would also have them. Ford did an amazing job clearing up a lot of issues between Job 1 and Job 2 runs. They have since Job 2 cleaned up quite a few more issues, which I have had done on mine too, like the trim pieces on the front doors that kept popping open, had them replaced and they havent budged.

No one has a pdf or text version of this TSB? I used to have the pdf, but it has gone missing. The provided link does not work anymore.

Looks like they have it on the Energi forum.

Need this done on the new Energi. The front passenger window one-touch up does not work. All the rest work correctly.
